The History of BeLeaf
BeLeafSA is a project of people who, despite the raging storms of the dynamically turbulent waves of the business ocean, do not lose their sense of humor and spirit, and never give up on their ambitious plans to become the number one player. Whatever they do together, in their set standards – no compromises.
Between the shallows and sharp rocks of stock markets, companies, ESG, energy transformation, and the timber industry – they stand unapologetically on the deck, bravely sailing to their designated port.
This real story, constantly updated, is of course, for the most part, a presentation of the most important milestones and business achievements that have been reached – after all, our current and future shareholders are also our ennoblement and highest commitment.
But for us – it is also an incredible life adventure, indescribable experiences, shared moments, and growth each year at a higher pace.

The Beginning
Marcin Ujejski, the founder and CEO of BlueTimberSA, after 10 years of running a business in the timber industry, is expanding the shareholding and capital group with the "Oxygen Forest Poland" project. He establishes the first plantation of 1200 "Oxytree" oxygen trees in his hometown of Rdzawa, near Krakow.
Acquaintance
Marcin Ujejski poznaje Michała Wyszyńskiego - ówczesnego członka zarządu Studenckiego Forum Business Centre Club oraz młodego intelektualistę świata finansów. Marcin otrzymuje zaproszenie do roli prelegenta "Festiwalu BOSS" - jednego z czołowych projektów Fundacji SFBCC, razem z najbardziej znanymi osobistościami biznesu w Polsce 😉
Anthracite of Business
Marcin Ujejski, together with Blue Timber SA, was awarded the "Anthracite of Business" statue for overall business activity at the 24th Silesian BCC Gala in Promnice - the top Silesian business gala of the BCC, where state decorations are also awarded. Michał Wyszyński presents the award on behalf of the SF BCC on the main stage of the gala.
Young Leaders Gala
Blue Timber SA together with Oxygen Forest Poland as the main sponsor of the "Young Leaders Gala" - the most important event of the BCC Student Forum.
Acquisition of company shares
Michał Wyszyński nabywa udziały w spółce Oxygen Forest Poland i zostaje jej prezesem zarządu - od tej pory projekt prowadzi już co najmniej dwóch muszkieterów 🙂
First plantation
As Oxygen Forest Poland, we carry out our first major investment in a plantation of 7,000 "Oxytree" oxygen trees in Masuria, near the town of Giżycko. Together with the Treeneo group, we contract a planting project for almost 30 individual investors in the "AGROXY" subscription model for over 1.5 million PLN. The investment also teaches us how much more we need to learn about the Paulownia plant.
The Great Journey
We embark on a journey across Europe to personally get to know the leading EU companies involved in oxygen tree plantations. We meet, among others, the chief technologists of the German giant "WeGrow GMBH", who seriously prepare us for the next milestones. We also acquire new types of Paulownia clones for our next plantations: "Nordmax21", "PhoenixOne", and "H2F3", based on new species.
DREMA Fair
We are a partner of the "DREMA" fair in Poznań, where we meet, among others, future partners from the "Polish Climate Forum" association. Thanks to them, we encounter for the first time the possibility of expanding the Paulownia project to include the ESG aspect, related to carbon offset for CSR.
Scientific Conference
We are a partner and speakers at the scientific conference "RES - Biomass Forum", organized by the Polish Climate Forum in Tarnów. We get acquainted with the scientific community researching offset topics.
Sustainable Economy Summit
We are a partner of the "Sustainable Economy Summit" event, organized by the Executive Club. In his presentation, Marcin Ujejski presents the #milliontreesinpoland project to a wider business audience in the context of Poland's climate neutrality by 2050.
YEARS 2021-2022
The years 2021-2022 were a time of greatest learning, broadest market understanding, and biggest challenges for us. Tens of hours writing scientific projects, hundreds of hours spent on long phone conversations with individual farmers and technologists from foreign companies. All this to continuously develop competencies in making stable and profitable forest investments, becoming a competitive player in the European market, and a reliable and trustworthy partner in Paulownia plantations.
YEARS 2021-2022NCBiR
We write our first project under the so-called "fast track" of the National Centre for Research and Development (NCBiR). This allows us to meet leading scientists from the University of Agriculture in Krakow in almost all areas related to forestry and agriculture.

Scientific Conference NGT
Konferencja naukowa NGT, poświęcona zagadnieniom ochrony środowiska i sposobom dekarbonizacji gospodarki w oparciu o inwestycje leśne. W przerwie panelowej przy pięknej pogodzie posadziliśmy z Panią Rektor Uniwersytetu w Tarnowie drzewo Paolovni na terenie kampusu 🙂
Economic Forum
Marcin, on behalf of BlueTimber SA, attends the Economic Forum for the first time. We receive confirmation of social legitimacy during the first serious panels related to ESG transformation - at that time, we still did not realize how precise the direction we had taken was.
Scientific Conference „Forum Biomasy”
Scientific Conference "Biomass Forum" during the EKO-LAS Fair in Poznań. The event was held under the honorary patronage of the Ministry of Climate and Environment. The project titled: "Polish Climate Congress 2021-PKK'21" was co-financed by the Provincial Fund for Environmental Protection in Poznań. Topic: The Role of Biomass in Meeting Climate Commitments. During the conference, we meet our future colleague Hieronim Ratajczak, owner of the company ePaulownia and an expert in the field of this plant.
Sustainable Economy Summit
Once again, we are a partner of the Sustainable Economy Summit, the Executive Club gala in Warsaw. We have the pleasure of being co-speakers with leading representatives of the Polish energy sector. Among the co-panelists are Tomasz Gontarz (President of PKP Intercity SA) and Monika Morawiecka (President of PGE Baltica).
October 2021
Relocation
We are moving to new offices in the complex on Opatkowicka Street in Krakow. BlueTimber SA is opening the first premium showroom of the brand drewnodladomu.pl
Invest Cuffs
As Oxygen Forest Poland, we have the honor of becoming the main ecological partner of the largest investment congress in this part of Europe - Invest Cuffs. The collaboration of joint tree planting and calculations, preceded by a thorough calculation of CO2 emissions, made the event permanently climate-neutral. As usual at business events, our presentations were also included here.
Additional Plantations
Zakładamy kolejnych plantacje, w tym testowe. W miejscowości Tropiszów, niedaleko Krakowa testujemy nowe odmiany Paolovni m.in. Ich odporność na podtapianie po wiosennych roztopach. Uczymy się intensywnie na własnej skórze 🙂
Invest Camp
We become the first partner of one of the leading investment events in the UK! Blue Timber SA, together with Oxygen Forest Poland, is the main sponsor of the "Invest Camp" congress in the UK. The largest conference of Polish investors and entrepreneurs from the United Kingdom. A 3-day dedicated investment event, we once again expanded our group of shareholders.
Acquisition of a Public Company
Through Blue TimberSA, we acquire the Blue Tax Group company, with the aim of merging it with Oxygen Forest Poland, thereby introducing the project to the NewConnect listed market. We sign an agreement with an authorized advisor - Navigator SA group.
Winter has come
Winter has arrived on our plantations.
Meanwhile, we are not idle; we are developing product offerings and financial forecasts.
A Breath of Fresh Air
We are changing the name of the listed company to BeLeafSA.
We publish strategies for the years 2023-2027, including a letter of intent for the formal merger with Oxygen Forest Poland. We are intensively training in EBI/ESBI reporting with our authorized advisor - Navigator SA.
Intensive Start of the Year
We begin cooperation with Inventur and the patent law firm SBS-IP. Collaboration with the research center and institute operating at the University of Rzeszów further expands BeLeafSA's reach in the scientific field. Together, we submit additional applications within the "FENG" programs and modules of the National Centre for Research and Development, along with studies on innovative applications of Paulownia cultivation technology. We also prepare analyses and patent studies regarding future claims of the applied technologies.
Expanding the Team
We are expanding our group of clients and shareholders! Several more people have trusted us and thus become happy owners of their own Paulownia tree plantations. Naturally, all our clients are covered by a contract and a lifetime buyback guarantee of yields at the highest market price.

The History of Real Polish Entrepreneurs
We are participating in the project to publish the book "The History of Real Polish Entrepreneurs". Together with the other 49 business angels, Michał Wyszyński describes our adventures and plans so far. The edition quickly sells out on the secondary market in a limited number of 10,000 copies, now available at many business conferences in Poland.

Dołączamy do projektu "Trampki na giełdzie", organizowanym przez fundacje Invest Cuffs oraz Giełdę Papierów Wartościowych w Warszawie. Michał zostaje jednym z mentorów projektu, którzy z chęcią dzielą się wiedzą biznesowo-ekonomiczną na zajęciach dla dzieci i młodzieży. This is an intensive time for us to gather market feedback during interviews and podcasts. With Anita Wicher, director of the marketing agency "HillConnect Group", we discuss participation in the book project "Stories of Polish Entrepreneurs" and talk about ESG investments. With Kamil Nowak and Izabella Kozłowska from Comarch, we discussed the potential use of WEB3 technology in the fast-growing tree project. Finally, with Grzegorz Ludwin, president of the "Pro NGO" Foundation, we discussed BeLeafSA projects with an invitation to participate in the September ESG Kraków Expo conference.
ESG CSR Expo
As BeLeafSA, we are honored to become one of the partners of the ESG CSR Expo, an event organized by the "Pro NGO Foundation". We establish further invaluable contacts, as the Pro NGO Foundation is one of the largest Polish hubs bringing together ESG cooperation in our country. On the panel, Michał Wyszyński, as a speaker, talks about the immense importance and necessity of building Polish intellectual capital for the future foundations of units responsible for auditing corporate ESG reports.
Abu Dhabi Finance Week
Marcin Ujejski visits the United Arab Emirates during the "Abu Dhabi Finance Week" conference. Dubai and the rest of the Arab world confirm their desire to become global leaders in technologies that bring us closer to achieving climate goals. Technologies also supported by AI and Blockchain, which BeLeafSA is also working on.
Łukasz Wilczewski joins the team as the Sales Director! This is a historic reinforcement for us, as Łukasz was the first pioneer to introduce the "Oxytree" oxygen tree clones to the Polish market (he was the founder of the company with the same name) and boasts the highest sales results in the Paulownia industry in Poland. Łukasz is a highly experienced manager, having been a member of the management board and supervisory boards of companies listed on the NewConnect market in recent years. We are extremely pleased that our paths have finally crossed ?

Blue Enigma
Ostatecznie dopracowujemy kwestie finansowe i matematyczne, strojące za zarządzeniem inwestycji długoterminowych w lasy szybkorosnące Paulowni. Michał Wyszyński projektuje silnik obliczeniowy "BlueENIGMA", potrafiący wyliczać i rozdzielać jednocześnie wszystkie przepływy finansowe w zarządzanych inwestycjach. Tworzymy obszerną dokumentację projektową, zawierającą m.in.. kilkanaście godzin nocnych nagrań objaśniających 🙂
New Foundation in the Accounting Department
Do ekipy na stanowisko głównego księgowego dołącza Anna Kowalczyk, doświadczony manager w obszarze finansowym, kadrowym i podatkowym. W jednym ze swoich momentów podczas niemal 30-letniej kariery zawodowej potrafiła prowadzić księgowo jednocześnie 20 spółek z branży deweloperskiej - liczymy że wspólne zaksięgowanie posadzenia miliona drzew okaże się dla nas nieco łatwiejsze ciekawsze 🙂
